About us
Built on honest work.
Concept Floor & Epoxy is a San Diego flooring installer doing three things well: epoxy floor coatings, luxury vinyl plank and engineered hardwood. No call center. No subcontracted mystery crew. The people who quote your floor are the people who install it, and they answer to you when you walk it at the end.
How we work
Three things you can hold us to.
We’ll tell you what it costs
We measure, we give you a number, and that number holds. No padded estimates, no upsell script, no surprise line items on the final bill.
We show up when we said
Scheduling is part of the job. If a date ever moves, you hear it from us first, not from an empty driveway.
We walk every floor with you
The job isn’t done when the coat is down. It’s done when you’ve walked it, we’ve gone over care together, and you’re happy with what you’re standing on.
