Light-commercial epoxy · San Diego County
Commercial epoxy floors in San Diego, laid while you're closed.
Epoxy that shrugs off stains and wipes clean. We work overnight or on weekends, so you never close.

Why epoxy
A floor that takes the abuse bare concrete cannot.
Epoxy takes foot traffic, forklifts and chemical spills that would stain and pit bare concrete, and it wipes clean in a pass. A ground-in system resists oils, coolants, cleaning agents and rolling loads, and a spill wipes off rather than soaking in.
Overnight or weekend install
Chemical and impact resistant
Written 5-year warranty
Where it goes
Shops, retail floors and small warehouses.
We work around trading hours. Tell us when you're closed and we'll quote the job inside that window.
Shop floors
Oil and coolant wipe off a sealed coating instead of soaking into the slab.
Retail floors
Foot traffic all day and a floor that still looks finished at closing.
Small warehouses
Forklifts and rolling loads on a surface that resists the pitting bare concrete takes.
How it works
How is a commercial epoxy floor installed?
The same four stages as every floor we coat, scheduled into your closed hours. We diamond-grind the slab, repair cracks and spalls flush, lay the base, then seal it under a clear topcoat. Walkable the next morning, rolling loads in three days.
Grind
We diamond-grind the slab to open it up. No acid etch, no shortcuts: it’s the reason our coatings don’t peel in two years.
Repair
Cracks, pits and spalls get filled and ground flush before anything goes on. We flag every one at the quote visit, so nothing surprises you.
Coat
The base coat goes down by squeegee and back-roller, in the color you picked from real samples in your own garage light.
Broadcast & seal
Flake or metallic pigment goes into the wet coat, then a clear topcoat locks it in. Walkable the next day, driveable in three, and covered by a written 5-year warranty.
