Flooring

San Diego flooring. One standard.

Epoxy, luxury vinyl plank and engineered hardwood, installed across San Diego County. None of them is the default. The room decides, and we’ll tell you the same thing standing in it. Same prep, same materials and the same final walk-through whichever one you land on.

What we install

Pick your floor system.

Solid-colour commercial epoxy floor.

Epoxy Coatings

Metallic · Flake · Solid colour

For garages, shops and basements. A sealed, chemical-resistant surface poured over your slab. Coated in a day, walkable the next, driveable in three, with a written 5-year warranty.

LVP Plank

100% waterproof · Scratch resistant

For kitchens, basements and anywhere that gets wet. Wood-look plank with a waterproof core that shrugs off spills, pets and a wet mop. Most rooms installed in a day and walkable the same afternoon.

Engineered Hardwood

Real wood · Built for slabs

For living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. A genuine wood wear layer over a core that stays flat on a slab. It takes 3–7 days to acclimate and 1–2 to install, the one floor here we won't rush.

Where we install

Across San Diego County.

Each city has its own page: what we look at before we quote there, the neighbourhoods we work in, and the questions people there ask.

What it costs

What does a new floor cost?

Epoxy garage floors start from $5 a square foot. Past that the slab decides, and nobody can see yours from here. What we do publish is the whole list of what moves a number up or down, so you can read any quote you're given, ours or anyone's.
