Epoxy, LVP and hardwood finishes, up close.
These are the systems we install, up close. As jobs complete, this page fills with real floors in real San Diego homes. Want one of these finishes in your own light? We’ll bring the samples to you, free.

Choosing between them
What you are actually looking at.
The epoxy floors above are three different finishes, not three photographs of one. Metallic is a fluid, marbled pour: the pigment moves while it cures, so no two floors come out the same and the gloss picks up whatever light the room has. Flake is the speckled one — chips broadcast into the wet coat, more uniform than metallic, better at hiding the dirt of a working garage, and it adds grip underfoot. Every flake color we lay is on the flake color chart. Solid colour is the plainest and the most commercial, and on a shop floor that is usually the point.
The wood-look floors are two different things wearing a similar face. Luxury vinyl plank is 100% waterproof and goes over almost anything, which is why it ends up in kitchens, basements and anywhere a slab is involved. Engineered hardwood is a genuine wood surface over a core built to stay put — it is the one that reads as real underfoot, because it is, and it is the one floor we won’t rush: the boards sit in the room for three to seven days before a single one is laid.
Photographs can only take you so far, which is why every one of these comes to you as a physical sample, free, and why the visualizer below exists.
